Pastor James Maynard was called to serve as Pastor of Licking River Baptist Church on April 1, 2024. Previously James was a member and Sunday School Teacher at Amazing Grace Worship Center in Pikeville, KY and served as a Pulpit Supply preacher for the Pike Association of Southern Baptist (now known as the Big Sandy Baptist Network).
Pastor James has a heart for intentional discipleship and desires to see every follower of Christ be a Disciple, who makes Disciples, who makes Disciples.
